We specialize in working with people experiencing depression, grief/ loss, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma, especially when it impacts sleep, physical health, and pain. We tailor our approach based on your preferences using techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, clinical hypnosis, EMDR, and CPT.
