Has your job left you exhausted and burned out? Maybe you’ve found yourself becoming more cynical. Are you short fused with your kids, coworkers, and spouse? Perhaps the things that used to bring you joy now seem like a chore. We see you and we are here to help you find a way back to feeling calm, steady, and in control.
Providers at Red Deer have experience working with individuals in high stress positions— mostly physicians, nurses, and executive leadership. We also worked in a hospital throughout the pandemic. Together, we can work on skills and techniques to help you to respond rather than react to stress, mange your time more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and work toward balance/ integration. We teach you how to calm and center the mind, body, and soul. Reducing your stress has a wonderful ripple effect, calming your nervous system and reducing inflammation throughout the body.
